Minimum Night Stays

The Beach Cottage has a 2 night minimum year round. 

Holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum stay (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)

Suite and Beach Cottage Occupancy:

In-town guest suite rates can only accommodate double occupancy, with the exception of the Pleasant Living suite which can accommodate up to 4 guests.  Extra guests incur a charge of $25 per guest, per night. One infant crib can be added to all suites for no additional charge. 

 

The Beach Cottage rate is based on six person occupancy.  There is a limit of six persons.

Smoking:

All in-town suites and the Beach Cottage are non-smoking. Burning candles and incense also are not permitted.  Smoking is permitted on Cinnamon's in-town upper deck but please be respectful of other guests. Smoking at the Beach Cottage is permitted on the outdoor decks.  It is not permitted on the enclosed porch.  Any evidence found of inside smoking/burning will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Parking:

In-town suites: Free off-street parking is available, but limited. One off-street parking space is typically available for each guest room. Additional free parking is available in front of the building and on nearby streets. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, or damage or loss of property left in parked vehicles, regardless of location.

Cottage: The cottage has a long driveway that can accommodate several vehicles, including a boat trailer. The driveway is narrow and guests are responsible for any damages to Cinnamon By The Bay or our Neighbors' properties.  Please do not drive or park on the lawn.  Cinnamon By The Bay is not responsible for damage to vehicles, or damage or loss of property left in parked vehicles.

Quiet Hours

Please show respect for other guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 9:00 am.  Cinnamon By The Bay in-town is a small, 140-year-old building.  Sound travels easily through the walls. Please be mindful of loud conversations, door closings, and TV or music volumes during your stay, lounging on the deck, or traversing the hallway. Guests who disturb other guests will be required to leave and will not be provided a refund.

Cottage: Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 9:00am. Guests receiving repeated complaints from neighbors are required to leave the premises and will not be provided a refund.

Wi-fi:

Complimentary secure Wi-Fi is included. Access instructions are provided in the suites/cottage. 

​

TV:

Complimentary Hulu, Netflix, PureFlix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video viewing options are included.  Guests are not permitted to select options that incur additional costs to the accounts.  Pandora and Spotify apps are loaded and available for use with your user credentials.  Please delete your account when you leave.
