We are pet friendly for up to two pets! Your travel buddies will feel right at home at Cinnamon By The Bay with our complimentary ensuite:

• Treats

• Food and water bowls

• Comfy pet beds

• Play toys and scratch pads (for the kitties)

 

There are a few rules though:

• A non-refundable fee of $25 per pet/per night is required, excluding an ADA compliant Service Dog (ADA 28 CFR 36.302 (c)).   There is a $100.00 fee, per night for each undeclared/non-approved pet brought into Cinnamon By The Bay's In-town suites or Beach Cottage.

 

• Pets must be well behaved, fully housebroken, and non-destructive.

 

• Pets must be parasite and disease free (e.g., ticks, fleas, Parvo). Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request.

 

• Pet Owners must provide a contact number where they can be reached at all times regarding their pet(s).

 

• Pets may be left unattended and unconfined in the Pet Owner’s suite only while the Pet Owner remains on Cinnamon By The Bay's property. However, pets must be crated or placed in a pet carrier when the Pet Owner is off the property.

 

• Pets who suffer from separation anxiety should remain with their owners.  Should a pet(s) become a nuisance/danger (e.g., continuously bark, whimper, howl, bite) to other guests/pets, the Pet Owner will be contacted and must immediately resolve the issue. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to require the Pet Owner to make alternate arrangements for their pet(s) should they continue to be a nuisance/danger. 

 

• Pet must be kept on a leash and under control while traversing the building or outside on the property.

 

• Pet Owners are expected to pick up after their pets. Please place pet waste in the waste disposal station located outside in the parking area so we can continue to offer pet friendly lodging options. Guests bringing cat(s) will need to provide their own litter box. Litter, even flushable litter, must not be disposed of in the toilet.  Our drainage pipes are old and cannot handle cat litter.  A special ensuite trash receptacle will be provided for disposing of litter waste.

• Pet Owners are responsible for any damages to the suite or cottage and its contents by their pet(s). If excessive cleaning or pest treatments are required, or if damages occur as a result of your pet(s), additional service and repair fees will be charged.
