Cancellation Policy

Please remember we are a small business and cancellations adversely impact us. Your understanding and respect of our cancellation policy is greatly appreciated. If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, a cancellation notice is required. Please note, regardless of the reason, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

GENERAL:

For reservations cancelled 10 days or less prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will incur one night's accommodation charge plus taxes.  Should your deposit equal one night’s accommodation charge plus taxes, then it will not be returned.

For reservations cancelled within 48 hours or less prior to your arrival date, no refund will be given and you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation plus taxes. Your credit card on file will be charged in full.

SPECIAL EVENTS, HOLIDAYS:

For holidays and special events such as Pirates and Wenches, FallFest, or Memorial Day weekend no refund is given and the reservation cannot be shortened within 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

 

NO SHOW CHARGES:
Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result incur a one night's accommodation charge plus taxes. Your credit card on file will be charged in full.

 

RESERVATIONS BOOKED THROUGH OUTSIDE SOURCES:

For reservations booked through third-party sources (e.g., Airbnb, Hotels.com, etc), the cancellation policy that applies will be the policy stated on the booking confirmation sent by the booking agency. Third-party reservations can only be cancelled using the same booking agency that the reservation was made.

CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION:
You must receive a notification from Cinnamon By The Bay or the booking agency confirming your cancellation for it to be considered valid.
