Terms & Conditions
For reservations made directly on our website or via phone, a first-night deposit plus sales and lodging tax is required to secure your reservation and will be charged to the credit card card provided.
The remainder of your balance is due at check-in and can be paid by credit card, payment app (e.g., Google/Apple Pay), or cash. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been successfully processed. An automatic confirmation will be sent by our reservation system to the email you provide. Guests electing self check-in or arriving outside of the normal check-in hours will have the remaining balance charged the day the self check-in information is provided.
Reservations made through third-party websites such as Booking.com, Hotels.com and Airbnb will be charged a 100% deposit at the time of booking.
All guest suites rates are for double occupancy and except for Pleasant Living, can only accommodate two guests. Pleasant Living can accommodate two extra guests for an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night.
The Beach Cottage rate is based on and limited to six-person occupancy.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-In: 3:00PM - 6:00PM
Prepaid and self-check-in guests can proceed directly to their suite/the cottage. We will provide check-in instructions and access codes three days prior to your arrival via text or email.
Guests paying on arrival should check-in at Cinnamon By the Bay's gift shop, STUFF, located at our In-town Main Street location.
Please note that our gift shop, STUFF, closes at 6:00 pm. Please notify us if you cannot arrive by 6:00 pm. For arrivals after 6:00 pm, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount due and you will be sent self-check-in instructions.
Check-out is any time before 11am.
Please inform the office via text at 443-221-1175 that you have vacated the suite/cottage so housekeeping can be notified and begin cleaning the room as soon as possible.
Should you wish to check out a little later, please contact us in advance at 443-221-1175. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, late check outs cannot be guaranteed.
We are pet friendly for up to two pets. A non-refundable fee of $25 per night/per pet is required, excluding an ADA compliant Service Dog (ADA 28 CFR 36.302 (c)). Guests traveling with pet(s) must read and accept all terms of Cinnamon By The Bay's Pet Policy.
Cancellation refunds and fees are based on our established policy. Guests acknowledge they have read and accept all terms of Cinnamon By The Bay's Cancellation Policy.
You must receive a written notification from our reservation system or the booking agency confirming your cancellation for it to be considered valid.
